Privacy Policy
This policy applies specifically to the Sful Smart Connect mobile app published by Phuc Dai An JSC.
Effective date: 1 October 2026
The app manages early fire-detection devices installed in homes, neighbourhood groups and business premises, and delivers alerts when a device detects an incident. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, who we share it with, and what rights you have.
1. Data the apps collect

The app does not collect contacts, messages, call logs or browsing history, and contains no advertising or behavioural analytics SDKs.
2. How we use the data
- Operating the fire-alert service: receiving device signals, sending notifications, placing alert calls and SMS.
- Managing your premises, devices and subscribed service packages.
- Providing technical support when you contact us, and fixing app defects.
- Meeting obligations under Vietnamese law.
We do not use your data for advertising, do not build behavioural profiles, and do not sell data.
3. Who we share data with

Apart from the cases above, we do not disclose your personal data to any other third party without your consent.
4. Storage and security
- All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
- Passwords are stored hashed; our staff cannot read your password.
- Sign-in tokens on your device are held in the operating system's secure storage.
- Servers are located in Vietnam; administrative access is restricted to company personnel.
- Premises, device and alarm-history records are kept for as long as you use the service, until you request deletion.
5. Your rights
- View and edit your account details in the app under Tài khoản (Account) → Cài đặt tài khoản (Account settings).
- Withdraw permissions for location, camera and notifications at any time in your operating system settings.
- Delete your account and data — full instructions at pccc.sful.vn/account-deletion. Full erasure requests are completed within 30 days of us verifying account ownership.
- Raise a privacy complaint by emailing developer@phucdaian.com.vn.
6. Children
The app is intended for adults responsible for fire-alarm equipment at a premises. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16, and will delete such data if we are notified of it.
7. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the content at this same address and revise the effective date at the top. Significant changes are additionally announced inside the app.
